Pedal, Push or Pull

 Unicycles, bicycles, tricycles, multicycles,

baby carriages, skateboards, mobile sculpture

…… it’s a “Cycle-Logical” event!

All human-powered art vehicles are welcome!

(NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES!)

Course Description:  Ride begins at 10 a.m. Start Point is at the Metro Parking Lot on Pacific. 

The Cruz procedes down Pacific Avenue, past our esteemed panel of Judges, right on Water Street,

across the Water Street Bridge, into the River Arts Festival @ the San Lorenzo Park.

The Award ceremony will be held after the Cruz (12 p.m.) on the Duck Island Stage.

The Santa Cruz Kinetic Art Cruz Contest Rules:

1. Pedal, push or pull (NO MOTORIZED ENTRIES) Must be capable of movement over a simple  paved course Starting at the Metro Station on Pacific and thru downtown Santa Cruz, and ending at the River Arts Festival in the San Lorenzo Park

2. Youth under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign release form.

3. Pre-registration must be received by May 1^st. Pre-registration qualifies for special prizes. Day-of and late entries welcome

4. Check in at the Metro Bus Parking lot on Pacific at 9 a.m.
